A Letter From Our Founder

I didn’t set out to build a skincare brand. I set out to find the truth about what Greece has always known about beauty.

My name is Paulina Theodore and I am Greek. Not just by passport — by soul, by upbringing, by the stories my family told about the land, the sea, and the plants that grew from it. Greece has always been part of who I am. But it wasn’t until I became a certified product formulator that I truly understood what my heritage had been holding all along.

I became obsessed with Greek botanicals. Not as marketing words on a label — but as real, scientifically credible, extraordinarily potent ingredients that the ancient world understood long before modern skincare caught up. Prickly Pear. Immortelle. Frankincense. Pomegranate. Each one extraordinary. Each one rooted in thousands of years of Greek and Mediterranean beauty ritual. Each one, I would discover, a rare resin or precious oil that the rest of the world is only just beginning to understand.

And then I found Mastic.

In June 2025, wildfires tore through Chios — threatening the very villages that produce it. Five simultaneous fires. A state of emergency. The mastic fields in danger.
